Ms. Clendennen has been teaching in Aliquippa School District since 1999. She has taught 6th & 5th grades, and this is her 4th year in 4th grade (hopefully, none of her students will be in 4th grade this long!) She loves History, fantasy books, and all types of art. In her room, you will find a desk full of clutter, closets full of craft supplies, too many books to fit my shelves, a paper house, a dragon, a unicorn, a knight in shining armor, and an elf who likes to hide in strange places. Ms. Clendennen believes a classroom should be as unusual, curious, and fun as the people who learn inside it! She doesn’t mind if learning gets a little messy or a little noisy and loves to take a little break to sing a song or do a dance with GoNoodle. The three most important rules in her class are very simple: behave, be respectful, and be prepared! She encourages the use of “Stop, Walk, & Talk” to handle problems in the classroom. She starts every year and every day with a smile, and she does her very best to keep that smile there all year and all day long!
