Guidance Deptartment Goals
The goal of the Aliquippa Elementary School counseling program is to support and address academic, social/emotional, and career development of all students. The services provided include classroom guidance lessons, small group counseling, individual counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation with teachers and families. Some topics that studentsare helped with are friendship problems, managing feelings, dealing with grief and loss, and setting goals.
