Fall Sports Physicals Schedule
All student-athletes planning to participate in fall sports MUST undergo a physical before practicing and competing in their season. Football ~ July 25th -27th, 11:30-2:00
Cheerleading ~ July 27th, 11:30-2:00
Girls Volleyball & JH Girls Basketball ~ August 1st - August 3rd, 11:30-2:00
Physicals will take place at the JSHS.
Student-athletes MUST bring their Physical Evaluation Form signed by a parent or guardian to be seen by the physician.

If you would like or need to register a new student, you will need to take the following REQUIRED documents to the respective school your child will be attending: *Enrollment Packet, *Two Proofs of residence (Lease or deed, Utility Bill, Cable or Water Bill, *Birth certificate, *Immunization, *Transcript/Current Grades or Report Cards

Aliquippa School District Kindergarten Registration
2022-2023 Kindergarten Registration:
If you have a child who turns 5 years of age by September 1st, 2022, please use the link below and provide all the required information. Once we receive your information, an Aliquippa staff member will contact you to continue the registration process.

After this form has been received, a staff member will contact you to schedule an appointment to complete the registration process which will take approximately 45 minutes at the Elementary School. A day in April, May, June, and August will be offered, exact dates are TBA. During this time, your child will be asked to complete an assessment that will provide the District with important information about your child as a learner. Also at your appointment, you will be asked for the required paperwork below that all families must submit during the enrollment process.
